Introduction to CGI for Elementary Assistant Principals
Class Description:
The purpose of this 3 day PD is to help administrators know what Common Core Standards of Math Practice, CGI research, and Purposeful Pedagogy Model looks like in the classroom and how to support CGI teachers and math instruction. Administrators must commit to all three days of training and will be exopected to conduct math observations 2nd semester. Dates are: December 16th and 17th, 8:00-3:00 at Central Administration and January 9th, 8:00-3:00 at Perry PDC. Again, it is important for participants to commit to all three days training. Day 1 will lay foundation for class embedded work that will take place at Jones elementary on days 2 & 3.
