Class Description: Google Apps for Education can provide a safe and secure classroom environment with unique opportunities for both teaching and learning. This session focuses on how to use Google Drive, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and more. Participants will explore the tools and ways to support classroom practice.
Never lose a file or folder again! Create an organizational system with Drive that will work for you and your students and eliminate the words "I left my paper at home." Discover the academic benefits of Docs how to use Sheets and embed them into lessons that challenge students to organize, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information. Experience how Slides enables learners to create unique presentations, which inspire critical thinking and creativity.
This session is for the beginner-intermediate Google user. Please bring your district laptop or Chromebook to the session.
This session is funded by RTTT and does count towards state professional development hours. Subs should be paid with PO through building principals. |
