THis workshop is an interactive and dynamic experience. Teachers will learn hands-on activities to develop fitness,manipulative skills, motor skills, and social/emotional skills. Theachers will learn cooperative games and brain compatible activities that ready students for learning and academic success. Teachers should dress appropriate to participate in light to moderate physical activities
