Organizing, Archiving and Sharing Photos Using Flickr
Class Description:
Hands-on experience in organizing and sharing photos using Flickr, among their many other useful tools. You will be expected to upload your own digital photos and organize using their sets and collections tools. Up to 200 photos may be uploaded for free. For unlimited use and video uploads (up to 90 sec) you will be given the option to open a pro account. A Yahoo email account will be necessary in order to use Flickr (so go ahead an open one, if you haven't already). **SUPPLIES** Please bring any appropriate personal or school related digital media containing uploadable photos (camera, jump drive, cd, etc). Don't forget any necessary cables to make this possible (if uploading from a camera). Also, if you don't already have one, please go ahead and open a Yahoo email account at www.yahoo.com.
