Class Description:
This session will involve demonstrations and ideas on how music and video can be used to help students identify, understand, and apply literary concepts and devices such as metaphor, irony, inference, symbolism, theme, and tone. We will focus on higher order thinking skills and application through the use of meaningful, relevant music and video that young adults relate to.
